Under the auspices of the (Indian) Companies Act, 1956, KMCR SOLUTIONS OPC PRIVATE LIMITED (hereafter referred to as "We," "Our," "Us," "Company," or "KSOPL") is a company that offers a variety of technology-related services/platforms under the trade name "SPEEDX."
Please carefully read this privacy statement before accessing or using the SPEEDX website or mobile application, or any other platform or tool created by KSOPL, or before utilising any Services offered by the Company. You accept that the conditions outlined below will bind you. The domain name/website www.speedxworld.com, the mobile application for SPEEDX, and any other platform or tool created from time to time by KSOPL are covered by this privacy statement ("Privacy Statement"). The agreements/terms and conditions of use between KSOPL and its merchants, users/customers, and customers include the Privacy Policy as an essential component. The "Platform" refers collectively to the SPEEDX website, mobile application, and platforms/tools (both online and offline).
In relation to various technology-related services, such as but not limited to logistics management services/solutions, checkout services, early COD services, and other services that the Company may from time to time provide to its Users whether online or offline ("Services"), the Platform(s) inter alia facilitates more comfortable forms of e-commerce & Offline service.
The Platform's terms of use, as may be developed by KSOPL and posted on its website from time to time ("Terms of Use"), would govern the provision of the Services to those individuals who have agreed to use the Platform (referred to as "You," "Your," "Yourself," or "User," with the term also including individuals who are merely accessing the Platform as visitors or who undertake any of the Services).

In order to offer Users with the Services they have chosen, we may be required to disclose or transfer the Personal Information of Users to specific third-party service providers. To the extent necessary, we may be forced to disclose or transmit User's Personal Information to governmental and judicial institutions/authorities:

However, unless required by law, the Company will not make any individual or aggregated information collected through the Marketplace Application programming interface on behalf of a User available to other Users or any third parties.
To serve non-targeted adverts to Users, non-personally identifiable information may be made available to third party ad servers, ad agencies, technology vendors, and research companies. In order to support the expansion of the Company's business, the Company may additionally divulge aggregate findings (rather than individual information) in a non-personally identifiable format based on data pertaining to the User's internet use (to the extent specified in this Privacy Policy).
In the event that the Company is reorganised or its assets are sold, we may also disclose or transfer the User Information to a third party. The right to continue using Personal Information and/or other information that a User gives to Us in a manner compliant with this Privacy Policy will apply to any third party to which the Company transfers or sells its assets.

We are dedicated to safeguarding Your Personal Information, so the Company follows reasonable security practises and procedures to put in place technical, operational, managerial, and physical security control measures to safeguard the Personal Information under its control from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Due to the inherent weaknesses of the internet, we cannot guarantee or assure that all information being communicated to Us will be completely secure, despite our best efforts to provide security that is comparable to industry standards.

In accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, the User has the right to withdraw his/her/its permission at any time, however please note that such a withdrawal will not be retroactive. Users have access to, and control over, their personal information, which they can change, correct, and remove. data freely given by the User and is willingly collected by the Company in compliance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. The Company may, however, retain a copy of the information the User first gave to the Company in its archives for User described herein if the User updates his or her information.
